My name is Arwa, I am a trained birth and postpartum doula and maternal educator dedicated to supporting families through one of life's most meaningful transitions. My journey into maternal support began with a deep appreciation for the strength, resilience, and unique experiences of pregnant individuals and their families. Yes. I support all birth choices — unmedicated, epidural, induction, VBAC, and planned cesarean. My job is to advocate for your preferences, help you prepare, and support your decisions during labour.
Typical packages include 2–3 prenatal visits to create your birth plan and 1–2 postpartum visits (often within the first 2 weeks). Custom packages with additional visits or newborn support are available.
Call/text me when you feel labour beginning. I include on-call coverage around your due date as agreed in the contract. If birth happens quickly I will respond as fast as possible; in rare cases I will coordinate backup doulas if needed.
