What’s included in an initial consultation?
A 20–30 minute Zoom meeting (or in-person if you're local) for me to learn about your preferences, answer questions, discuss availability and next steps. There’s no obligation to book — it’s just a chance to see whether we're a good fit.
Do you attend both medicated and unmedicated births?
Yes. I support all birth choices — unmedicated, epidural, induction, VBAC, and planned cesarean. My job is to advocate for your preferences, help you prepare, and support your decisions during labour.
How many prenatal and postpartum visits are included?
Typical packages include 2–3 prenatal visits to create your birth plan and 1 postpartum visit (often within the first 2 weeks). Custom packages with additional visits or newborn support are available.
